Honey orders

Honey shipped by Charm City Honey Bees dispatches within 3–5 business days after your order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier transit time is additional.

Shipping destinations and charges

We currently ship merchandise to United States destinations available at checkout. Available shipping options and charges are shown before you place your order.

Partner products and separate shipments

Some partner products ship directly from the supplier and may arrive separately. Please check the product page for fulfillment details. A shipping offer on our honey does not automatically cover partner products.

Local pickup and delivery

Please email admin@charmcityhoneybees.com before ordering to confirm local pickup or delivery availability and arrangements.

Delays and questions

If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you with revised timing and your cancellation and refund options. For order questions, email admin@charmcityhoneybees.com and include your order number.

Live-bee orders and inspection or service appointments follow their separately agreed fulfillment arrangements; the honey dispatch window does not apply to them.
